Hey, here is the latest on what is going on and what has been going on…
This
Friday (5/15) at 9:00am I will be on 96.3 WDVD with Blaine, Lisa and
Allyson. I will have some announcements as to what I have been up to as
well as new things coming up on the horizon. They are all pretty
hilarious and I’m sure it will be a good time. You can listen online at
their website.
On June 7th there is a charity walk for the
Scleroderma Foundation at the Detroit Zoo. I will be there leading the
walk for a cure as well as taking photos and what not. Scleroderma is
an auto immune disease that there is no cure for, so please come out
and support the foundation. You can find out more about how you can
help and participate here.
Recently I had a chance to host a
casting call for this season of Big Brother right here in Michigan. It
was a ton of fun and it was interesting to be on the other end of the
camera for once. Seeing other people auditioning for the show reminded
me how tedious of a process the whole thing is. If you’re trying out
for Big Brother or any other show, the best advice I can give you is be
persistent! CBS Detroit did a great job (Heather and Melissa) with the
whole thing and maybe someone from Michigan can pull that whole thing
off again. They have some pictures on their website of the event here.
Things
have been going well for me, the school year is wrapping up and
football season is around the corner (yes I will be back on the
sidelines this year coaching). I’ve had a lot of fun with everything
that has been going on and I appreciate all of the continued support
from everyone.
Finally, Scott Lazerson, a good friend of mine
and selfless philanthropist launched his Interface Foundation website.
Scott and his foundation dedicate themselves to helping others around
the world. He is one of the people I have met along the way that is
truly dedicated to helping others in need. I cannot say enough great
things about him, everything he does is for others and helping people
