Sharon has her hands full teaching the seven remaining girls the right way to find love. The girls learn a bunch of things, such as not mentioning any ex-boyfriends, take things slow, and no sex helps. The girls are now are required to win over three eligible bachelors with just their personalities and not their looks. In order to accomplish this, Sharon has professional make-up artists make the girls appear less attractive. With the girls' new looks (and new names), they must win over the bachelors using the techniques they learned. The three bachelors are Charlie O'Connell, Ace Young and John Wolfe. Kristy Jo struggles with this, as she feels she can't win a guy over without her looks, while Brandi M. and Destiney do very well and make connection with the boys. John and Charlie picks Brandi M. for a second date, while Ace picks Destiney for a second date, thus Brandi M. wins the challenge and is safe from expulsion, and may pick a second girl to go to the club with the bachelors, dressed normally, and ends up picking Destiney (who has a crush on Ace). Heather feels hurt that Brandi M. didn't pick her, and still has to go to the club dressed ugly. At the club, Brandi C. gets very drunk and takes off her fake nose and wig, and makes out with John. Heather is depressed, and also gets drunk, and Destiney continues to make connection with Ace.
Back at the house, Heather is trying to sleep off her hangover, and has an asthma attack. Lacey decides this would be time for some pay back for when Heather yelled at Brandi C. when she was drunk, and Brandi C., still very drunk gets talked into rattling Heather. Destiney, Brandi M., and Kristy Jo try to get Brandi C. to stop yelling and try to get her out of the room, and then out of nowhere, Brandi C. spits in Destiney's face. The two leave after that. Heather, fed up with all the drama, talks to her mom on the phone and Lacey continues to hassle her and needing to take her anger out, Heather throws a plate at the wall, and almost hits Lacey. The next day, Brandi C. doesn't remember what happened last night, and then after hearing from Jessica she spat in Destiney's face, Brandi C. talks to Destiney and Destiney forgives her, but tells her that she needs to stop hanging with Lacey and to stop drinking. Heather decides to talk to Sharon about the incident last night, and explains she was just angry, and didn't want to fight with anybody.
At elimination, Sharon lashes Lacey for her creating the fights in the house, and then Lacey blames Heather for all of it and said Heather tried to throw the plate at her head on purpose, but then Jessica says Heather threw the plate at the wall, not her head. When Lacey tries to interrupt her, Jessica says it's her time to talk, which impresses the judges for standing up for herself. Heather, growing flustered, says Brandi C. spat in Destiney's face, and Sharon tells Brandi C. that spitting is childish and against the law and disgusting. Sharon asked Destiney if she would want Brandi C. to go home, and Destiney says no. Sharon decides to eliminate Brandi C., and feels bad, as she felt Brandi C. was improving and Riki thought she could of won, and regrets thinking of it. Brandi C. goes home, ruining the fact she could of won, and then she pulled a stupid stunt and got herself kicked out. Lacey now feels scared that she has none of her friends left, and it's all the other girls against her.
